Journaling by typing asks you to compose. Journaling by talking just asks you to show up.

Tellanew records short video entries, transcribes them on your iPhone, and titles them from what you actually said. Later you can search everything you have ever recorded the way you would search a notes app, tap any word, and jump to that exact second in the video.

• Nothing leaves your phone. No account, no server, no analytics. It works in airplane mode.
• Transcripts are free, on every entry, kept forever. Transcription runs on the device itself.
• Your entries are yours whether or not you pay. Viewing, playing, exporting and deleting always work.
• Time capsules. Seal an entry with a date and it comes back on the day you chose.
